NOTICE OF SALE Under and by virtue of the power and authority contained in that certain Deed of Trust (Security Instrument) executed and delivered by Michael Nathan James and Kelly Renee Murdock dated February 27, 2015 and recorded in the Iredell County Registry in Book 2342, Page 1711 (the “Deed of Trust”), and pursuant to the Order Authorizing Sale of the Clerk of Superior Court for Iredell County, North Carolina, entered herein on March 23, 2021, Jeffrey J.
