Law360 (April 28, 2021, 6:45 PM EDT) — The official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 case of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre told a New York bankruptcy judge late Tuesday that the debtor has failed to turn over requested financial records and suggested the diocese is trying to hide assets from sexual abuse survivors.
